JTE Real Estate Services was established with the purpose of generating, maintaining, and increasing the value and profitability of our multi-family and commercial investment properties. We develop greenfield sites as well as buildings suited for adaptive re-use. The team has developed experience in a multitude of programs and strategies to develop properties ranging from utilization of capital subsidies, public private partnerships, renovation and preservation of historic buildings and New Market Tax Credits. The team is skilled in complex financial structures including the use of tax exempt financing, tax credit syndications, real estate tax abatements and tax increment financing.
