For almost a decade, JTE Real Estate Services has been an indispensable partner and servant of Hesed House and our community in general. Not only do they personally support our efforts to serve the most vulnerable men, women, and children in our community, but they’ve also helped to raise awareness of our organization and mission by championing events that have increased our visibility, raised vital donations, and fostered new relationships as we seek to end homelessness.

I have worked with JTE Real Estate Services on several challenging projects, including the rehabilitation and adaptive re-use of the former Copley Hospital in Aurora. I’ve been impressed with their ability to figure out a way to get these complicated projects done by bringing the private and public sectors together.
