When restaurateurs Michael Poulakidas, Ron Woerman, and George Bozonelos got together with longtime Aurora businessmen Dan Dolan, Sr and Brian Dolan, in early 2017 to brainstorm new projects, Dixie’s was born. They envisioned a restaurant and gaming venue – a neighborhood bistro in a warm and welcoming environment where you can enjoy a menu full of comfort classics, a beverage and gaming.
The team is responsible for some of the most successful restaurant, banquet facilities and property developments in the Fox River Valley, including O’Malley’s Pub and Eatery, Spartan House, Gaslite Manor, Lincoln Inn Banquets, and Courtyard Banquets.
