Mitch has been leading Operations and sales teams across the United States in both the banking & Retail industries for 25+ years. Mitch has also been involved in property management for more than 15+ years in both single & multi-family as well as commercial real-estate development and project management at all levels. Mitch has overseen the leadership role for as many as 75 locations with sales of more than $85mm and 500 employees.
Crystal is an accomplished strategic-thinking marketing leader with 20+ years of experience successfully driving business growth and customer value by aligning organizational goals, market opportunities, and business problem resolution.
Crystal has led product management, product support, client service, project management, retail business solutions, and product leadership for a Fortune 500 company and has experience working with industry publications, as well as supporting Wall Street reporting.
Crystal is also a content contributor/consultant on ACNielsen’s Consumer-Centric Category Management book published in 2006.
