JTEs Real Estate Services’ mission is to create dynamic residential, mixed-use and commercial developments that provide positive impacts to communities, while utilizing designs that incorporate green building practices and sustainable materials. JTE Real Estate Services investment strategy is to acquire, entitle, build and hold developments for cash flow and appreciation and prides itself on a value-add platform. In addition, JTE Real Estate Services can provide end-to-end property and asset management, marketing, contracting and construction management services to support its own projects and those of third parties.

Michael Poulakidas

Michael utilizes more than 20 years of experience in business, contract and real estate law, and in asset management to oversee all aspects of real estate development including development, construction, management, and leasing.  Michael’s market knowledge and years of real estate experience are strong assets that allow him to problem solve by creating effective alternatives for complex development issues.  Michael spearheaded the team that redeveloped a historic 300,000 square foot, abandoned hospital campus into an innovative living community with multiple, in-demand uses including senior living (independent, assisted and memory care) currently in its final stages of development, a residence for individuals with cognitive and developmental disabilities, and a healthcare center.

Mitch has been leading Operations and sales teams across the United States in both the banking & Retail industries for 25+ years. Mitch has also been involved in property management for more than 15+ years in both single & multi-family as well as commercial real-estate development and project management at all levels. Mitch has overseen the leadership role for as many as 75 locations with sales of more than $85mm and 500 employees.

Crystal Rollins

Director of Business Development & Marketing Strategy

Crystal is an accomplished strategic-thinking marketing leader with 20+ years of experience successfully driving business growth and customer value by aligning organizational goals, market opportunities, and business problem resolution.

Crystal has led product management, product support, client service, project management, retail business solutions, and product leadership for a Fortune 500 company and has experience working with industry publications, as well as supporting Wall Street reporting.

Crystal is also a content contributor/consultant on ACNielsen’s Consumer-Centric Category Management book published in 2006.

Taylyn Campbell

Development Manager

Taylyn Campbell is an accomplished business professional with a strong background in real estate, sales, entrepreneurship, and strategic business development. A Chicago native, Taylyn earned a degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri, where he developed his analytical and leadership skills along with a passion for real estate.

His career began in sales which paved the way to a successful tenure in business development consulting helping early-stage startups achieve scalable growth. With a deep passion for real estate, Taylyn has once again turned his skills to the industry. From deal sourcing and financial analysis to project management and execution, he has a proven ability to identify opportunities and deliver results. Taylyn leverages his expertise, market insights, and strong network to drive profitable ventures while positively impacting communities. By focusing on innovative and sustainable real estate projects, Taylyn aims to create lasting value for investors and residents alike.

Dona Maslanka

Accounting Manager

Dona is responsible for overseeing the accounting department’s daily operations. She ensures accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, manages accounting staff, and develops and implements financial policies and procedures. Dona has worked in accounting over 20 years.
